After completing his MBBS from Seth G. S. Medical College, Mumbai, Dr. Nilesh pursued his MS in General Surgery from the University of Mumbai. He then earned a DNB in General Surgery from the National Academy of Medical Sciences, followed by an FRCS from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
Dr. Nilesh Doctor has a rich experience in Gastrointestinal Surgery with a special interest in Hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) Surgery. Prior to his association with Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, he worked as a consultant surgeon at several hospitals in Mumbai, including Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre, Bhatia Hospital, and Breach Candy Hospital. Dr Nilesh also gained experience at Mayo Clinic in USA and Royal Free Hospital in London. He has authored several publications in various reputed medical journals.

After M.B.B.S. from Topiwala National Medical College (Mumbai) with Honours, Dr. Nilen A Shah completed D. (Ortho) with 2nd Rank. He earned a Gold Medal in M.S. Ortho (Mumbai) and further pursued M.Ch. Ortho (UK).
Dr. Shah is attached to various hospitals in Mumbai as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Knee Replacement Surgeon. He was involved in performing approximately 1500 knee replacements a year in Mumbai, along with a group of four fellow surgeons. He worked as a ‘Clinical and Research Knee Fellow’ at Bristol, England for a period of 18 months, and this helped him gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Knee Surgery. He also worked as Orthopaedic registrar in various hospitals across U.K. during the O.D.T.S. rotation.
Dr. Shah has pioneered the subvastus approach in knee replacement surgeries that is minimally invasive. He has garnered critical acclaim for this approach and often performs live surgeries in various conferences across India.
Dr. Shah is a reviewer of the Indian Journal of Orthopaedics and the British Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He was also involved in clinical research and reviewed multiple research projects during his appointment in the U.K.
Dr. Shah presented a series of 300 knees operated through the minisubvastus technique at W.I.R.O.C. 2007, and conducted a seminar on Knee Anthroplasty at W.I.R.O.C. (2008). He has held faculty positions in several National and International conferences, including an A.I.I.M.S. update on Anthroplasty in 2014.

Dr Nikita Mashru is a consultant in the ophthalmology department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing her MBBS degree, Dr Mashru completed a master’s degree in ophthalmology and a DNB (Ophthalmology) degree. Subsequently, she pursued a fellowship in refractive surgery techniques at Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore, a renowned institution in the field of ophthalmology. She also completed short-term fellowships in medical retina and glaucoma at Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore and uvea (ocular immunology) under the guidance of Dr J B at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. Dr. Borkar graduated from Seth G. S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, MUHS. He received his MS (General Surgery) from T.N. Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Hospital. Thereafter, Dr. Borkar worked as a senior registrar and also cleared his MRCS exam subsequently. He received his MCh (Surgical Oncology) from Tata Memorial Hospital and Cancer Research Institute. Dr. Borkar has also received his DNB in both General Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
Dr. Borkar was conferred the Fellowship of the European Board of Surgery in surgical oncology as well as breast surgery. He has received an ECFMG Certification, after clearing the USMLE, and later completed a rigorous 2-year GOLF Fellowship in Head and Neck surgery offered by the IFHNOS and MSKCC, New York, USA, under Dr. Jatin Shah and Dr. Ashok Saha, with whom he also did an Observership. Dr. Borkar is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS). He worked as an associate consultant at P.D. Hinduja National Hospital, Mahim, where he received training in head and neck surgery and breast surgery. He was also a Visiting Consultant at Kohinoor Hospital, Mumbai. He later worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Cambridge Breast Unit at the Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, UK, where he received comprehensive training in breast surgery and advanced oncoplastic techniques like chest wall perforator flaps and ADM-assisted implants and DIEP flap reconstructions.
Dr. Borkar is a member of the ESSO, IASO, ISO, ABSI, FHNO, and ABS. He graduated with 4 distinctions and was a topper in Medicine. A 2nd rank holder in his MS (General Surgery), he was also a recipient of the Best Resident Award. Dr. Borkar has been part of various research projects, including multicentre trials. His research while at Tata Memorial Hospital was on the intraoperative analysis of the bone for mandibulectomy and that at Cambridge was on the avoidance of chemotherapy in hormone receptor-positive breast cancers. A leading gynaecologist, gynaecological endoscopic surgeon, and laparoscopic surgeon in Mumbai, Dr. Warty is a pioneer in the field of non-invasive (keyhole) surgery, specialising in advanced laparoscopic surgeries, such as laparoscopic pelvic floor repair, laparoscopic hysterectomies for gynaecological malignancies, and corrective surgeries for uterine malformations.
Dr. Warty completed her Masters from the Mumbai University, after which she received her formal training in laparoscopy from the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena, Germany and worked with stalwarts in the field of laparoscopic onco-gynaecology, such as Prof. Schneider and Prof. Marc Possover. She has also received training in laparoscopic oncology at the Whipps Cross Hospital, UK and in robotic laparoscopy from experts such as Dr. Puntambekar (Pune) and Dr. Choi Gyu Seong (Korea). Having performed over 10,500 endoscopic surgeries, Dr. Warty has been acknowledged in the Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of Records for removing the heaviest fibroid in the world (3.4 kg); later, she bettered this record, removing a fibroid that was much heavier (5.6 kg).
She won the prestigious ‘Best Research Video’ award at the 2016 American Association of Gynaecologic Laparoscopists annual conference. Dr. Warty is one of the few surgeons in India who has performed an entire operation for uterine cancer resection using keyhole surgery; she has trained more than 800 national and international surgeons.
