In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Kantharia has a diverse academic background in teaching. He served as a guest lecturer at Jamshedji Tata Ambulance College in 1983 and held the position of Honorary Assistant Lecturer at the same institute for its Specialist Instructors course in “First Aid to the Injured and Home Nursing” in 1984.
He has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate nursing students while working as a registrar. He regularly conducts teaching sessions for family physicians on topics, such as diabetes, cardiology, and electrocardiography (ECG) interpretation. Additionally, he has served as a teacher in Critical Care at the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, and the Indo-Australian Critical Care Foundation, where he is also an examiner in Critical Care.
In 2016, he was appointed as a teacher in Critical Care Medicine for the Fellowship of National Board (FNB). He was among the invited faculties at numerous conferences. He has published several papers, especially on Emergencies in Medical Practice.

Dr. Aditya Daftary is a Consultant Radiologist at the Department of Radiology and Imaging at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He is also the founder of InnoVision Imaging, one of the leading providers of musculoskeletal radiology and interventional services in India, associated with Sportsmed, Mumbai.
Dr. Daftary is US board-certified in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, and practices musculoskeletal radiology and image-guided injections for pain management. Since 2004, he has been the official doctor for the Indian Men's Cricket Team during international tours and ICC events. He is closely involved in the care and management of many elite athletes
He completed his MBBS from Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, University of Mumbai (February 1997), followed by training in nuclear medicine, radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, and musculoskeletal imaging and interventional radiology at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He has also completed the International Olympic Committee diploma in sports medicine for physicians.
Dr. Aditya Daftary has received several honours and awards., including the Special Recognition Certificate for excellence in teaching for Radiology residents at the Yale University School of Medicine and the Roentgen Resident/Fellow Award. He was also the Intern of the year [2000-01] at the Yale Primary Care Residency program.
Dr. Daftary has published and presented many publications in Radiology, notably in musculoskeletal interventions and has been an invited speaker at national and international meetings. Presently, his interest areas include imaging and interventions pertaining to sports and orthopaedics. He is closely involved in several international level sportspersons including the national cricket team, IPL, ISL and Olympic athletes.

Dr. Kulkarni graduated from Grant Medical College in Mumbai with several distinctions. He then obtained his MD in Paediatrics . Dr. Kulkarni completed his post-doctoral training in paediatric and adolescent endocrinology at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences in India. In 2014, he also received a Visiting Fellowship from the Royal College of Child Health in London.
One of India’s leading paediatric and adolescent endocrinologists, Dr. Kulkarni, has established and headed specialised clinics for the management of growth disorders, juvenile diabetes, obesity, pubertal disorders, thyroid disorders, metabolic and genetic bone diseases, disorders of sex development, and neonatal hypoglycaemia. He has diagnosed and treated many rare paediatric endocrine disorders in India.
Dr. Kulkarni is an expert clinician, keen academic and avid researcher. He is a conferee of the AHERF India’s adjunct title, Honorary Associate Professor of Paediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology. He currently leads a post-doctoral fellowship program to train and mentor future paediatric and adolescent endocrinologists.

Dr. Abhishek Kini is a Consultant Foot & Ankle Orthopaedic surgeon in the Orthopaedic department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
Dr. Kini completed his MBBS from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, MUHS in 2007 and his DNB in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Tejasvini Hospital and SSIOT, Mangalore. He was further trained at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Cromwell Hospital, London and Hampshire Clinic in the UK as a fellow in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction. He underwent specialised training as a Fellow in High Osteotomy. He later trained at the Marien Hospital, Dusseldorf, Germany and was a Fellow in Foot and Ankle Arthroscopy at the Academic Medical Centre, University of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Dr. Kini is certified in advanced trauma life support. He is a member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association, Indian Foot and Ankle Society, Bombay Orthopaedic Society, AO Trauma India, and AO Spine India. He is a faculty member at the Indian Foot and Ankle Society (IIFAS) and undertakes educational activities around the country. Dr. Abhijit Thakur is a Consultant at the Department of General & Minimal Access Surgery, Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He completed his M.S. in General Surgery at B.Y.L. Nair Hospital in 2000. He has been actively practising for 18 years, performing all types of general, gastrointestinal, hepato-biliary, and head and neck surgeries using open and laparoscopic techniques. He is highly experienced in endocrine, breast, thyroid, and cancer surgeries as well.
Dr. Thakur received extensive training in basic and advanced laparoscopic surgeries in India and abroad. He underwent training in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery—GI tract, pancreas, spleen, colon and rectum—with Prof. Zimmerman and Prof. Henry at University Hospital La Timone, Marseille, France. Dr. Thakur underwent training in open and laparoscopic surgeries—thyroid, parathyroid, neck, thymus, adrenal, pancreas—for two semesters with Prof. Henry. He trained in general, gastrointestinal, hepato-pancreatico-biliary, breast cancer, and head and neck cancer surgeries with renowned cancer surgeons at Tata Memorial Hospital and P. D. Cardiac Rehabilitation

Dr. Aashish Contractor is a Consultant at the Department of Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine, Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, and serves as the Director of the Centre for Rehabilitation Medicine and Sports Medicine.
Previously, he has served as the Head of the Department of Preventive Cardiology and Rehabilitation at the Asian Heart Institute since its inception in 2002 until June 2014. He is widely regarded as the Pioneer of Cardiac Rehabilitation and Sports Cardiology in India. He set up the first Telemetry-monitored Centre in the country (Mumbai, 2001).
Dr. Contractor and his team look after the Sports Medicine needs of more than a hundred athletes, representing India at international competitions.
On the academic front, Dr. Contractor has worked and been trained in the United States under leading experts in his field. He completed his medical training at T. N. Medical College, Mumbai and Postgraduate Training at the University of Virginia, USA.
Dr. Contractor has served as the Vice Chairman of the International Council of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation, which includes 45 countries around the world. He has served as the Certification Director for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in India since November 2003. He was the Medical Director for the Tata Mumbai Marathon from 2004 to 2014, as well as for several international sporting events in India. He is an avid sportsman, having participated in several marathons and a non-stop Mumbai–Pune–Mumbai cycle ride (329 km). He helped raise 1.1 crore rupees for children with cancer in April 2012.
Dr. Contractor has authored a book, ‘The Heart Truth’, on heart disease prevention and rehabilitation. He has authored several international scientific publications and textbooks as well as journals.

Dr. Nagvekar serves as the Director of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. As one Maharashtra’s most senior Infectious Diseases consultant, he has earned the distinguished FIDSA (Fellow of Infectious Diseases Society of America) recognition. He is a mentor to many students in Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He is also the Secretary of Clinical Infectious Diseases Society of India and a founding member of the recently formed Antimicrobial Resistance Trust.
