The Department of General Paediatrics at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital is committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of newborns, infants, children, and adolescents. From common conditions like asthma and allergies to critical challenges such as diarrhoea, dehydration, and growth and developmental concerns, our team ensures personalised care in a child-friendly environment. We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide your child with exceptional, patient-centred care.

The Tower
  • Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses (fever, allergies, asthma, diarrhoea, infections).
  • Immunisation for newborns up to adolescents.
  • Growth and development monitoring, including assessments and guidance.
  • Adolescent care for age-specific physical and emotional concerns.
  • Preventive health services such as vaccination programs and routine check-ups.
  • Nutrition counselling tailored to each child’s age and health needs.
  • Collaborative care with super-specialists for complex medical conditions.

  • Child-friendly inpatient rooms: Equipped with advanced monitoring systems for comfort and safety.
  • Paediatric Intensive Care Units (PICUs): State-of-the-art critical care units equipped with advanced monitoring technology to care for critically ill children.
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Advanced facility for premature or unwell newborns requiring specialised support.
  • Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU): Focused care to support babies facing health challenges in their early lives. 
  • Child-focused environment: Dedicated playroom and assistance with educational activities to ease anxiety and promote emotional well-being during hospital stays.

  • Adolescence-related issues that cause physical, emotional, and behavioural changes during teenage years 
  • Childhood injuries such as cuts, bruises, sprains, and minor fractures
