Our Programmes

We provide a personalised physiotherapy programme that relieves pain, improves mobility, and teaches self-management strategies to prevent future flare-ups. It includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain-relieving modalities like kinesiotaping and dry needling.

Our treatment targets joint stiffness and pain caused by arthritis to restore strength, flexibility, and daily function by combining muscle strengthening, functional training, and customised goals for long-term joint health.

Our support helps patients regain joint mobility and strength after knee or hip replacement surgeries. Treatments include tailored therapy plans aligned with the surgical plan for faster recovery and return to daily activities.

We provide biomechanical analysis and personalised rehab for pain, injury, or post-surgery recovery of the foot and ankle. Our services include gait analysis, functional training, and footwear guidance.

We treat pain and mobility issues like frozen shoulder, tennis/golfer’s elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Our care focuses on restoring strength, flexibility, and hand function through targeted therapy.

We use hands-on techniques, like myofascial release and joint mobilisation, to relieve pain, release tight tissues, and improve mobility in patients.

These are advanced electrical and ultrasound treatments to reduce pain, swelling, and promote faster healing in patients.

Our custom exercise routines are designed to build strength, improve posture and flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health.

This includes low-impact exercises in a water-based setting to improve strength, balance, and aerobic capacity, and is especially beneficial for patients with joint pain and mobility issues.

We offer guidance on posture, workplace setup, and body mechanics to prevent injuries and support long-term recovery in patients.

We also provide services such as taping, dry needling, splinting, movement correction, and advice on assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
