Yoga is founded on the principles of Yoga therapy and Yoga psychology. Integrating the therapeutic benefits of yoga, RFH Yoga combines traditional practices with modern healthcare to support physical and mental wellness, stress reduction, and long-term health management. The content of each session is customised to address your immediate needs and issues. Individual consultation and group sessions are available.

The Tower
  • Therapeutic yoga: Our expert yoga programmes for rehabilitation and recovery are tailored to offer yoga practices in depth. Besides relevant postures and breathing exercises, they include visualisation, deep relaxation, and meditation. Our services extend to:
    • Yoga for cardiac health: This gently progressive programme begins with chair-based exercises and gradually builds cardiovascular stamina, improving agility and confidence in heart patients.
    • Yoga for pulmonary health: Focused on breathwork, our sessions use pranayama and special breath meditations to expand lung capacity, ease breathing, and promote relaxation for respiratory health.
    • Yoga for cancer care: We provide personalised yoga that complements cancer treatment by reducing fatigue, uplifting mood, and supporting physical and emotional recovery through tailored movements. Our chemo rehabilitation also includes gentle yoga and relaxation.
    • Yoga for other health conditions: We offer expert yoga therapy for issues such as hormonal imbalance, stress, and backaches. 

 

  • Inner Yoga: We offer one-on-one sessions to help you rediscover your strengths, attain clarity, and resume your life journey with zeal. Inner Yoga sessions will provide the tools and attitudes to help manage not just the present issues, but also provide skills for a lifetime of growth and development. 

 

The Tower

We offer a complete preparatory programme for women that entails a smooth pregnancy, a calm and confident birth, and the delivery of a healthy baby. Approved by leading obstetrics, this pregnancy programme addresses all pregnancy and post-pregnancy concerns. The ideal time to enrol in the programme is during 14–33 weeks of pregnancy
