Dr. Rina Shah is a Consultant Pathologist in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
Dr. Shah graduated from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College (LTMMC) & Sion Hospital, Mumbai with Distinctions in Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology & Pharmacology. She completed her MD in Pathology from Seth G.S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai in 2003.
Dr. Shah has extensive experience in establishing cutting-edge diagnostic technologies in Laboratories and overseeing their operations and administration at esteemed hospitals. She has successfully managed many National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, (NABL), College of American Pathologists (CAP), National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), Junior Chamber International (JCI) accredited labs & organizations.

Dr Reshma R Rao is a Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing her MBBS in 1977 from Seth G.S. Medical College, Dr. Rao pursued her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the University of Mumbai. She obtained her Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DGO) from the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPS), Bombay in 1980 and was the topper of her class. She was awarded the B. N. Purandare Prize and Gold Medal.
Dr. Reshma Rao has trained in gynaecological endoscopy and allied procedures, gynaecological cytology, laparoscopic hysterectomy, and myomectomy. She has presented four conference papers and authored three research articles.

Dr. Palep graduated from Grant Medical College, Mumbai. Thereafter, she received her MS (General Surgery) from B.Y.L. Nair Hospital and T.N. Medical College, Mumbai, (1st rank holder) and her DNB. Dr. Palep holds an MRCS (Edinburgh). She also holds a fellowship in breast cancer surgery from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and another in recent advances in breast cancer surgery, including needle localization of early cancers and sentinel node biopsy, from the Northwick Park Hospital, London. She has received training in intra-operative radiotherapy at the Breast Care Center, Hamburg, Germany.
Dr. Palep was an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Grant Medical College, Mumbai, and was an Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Currently, in addition to her association with our hospital, she is a Consultant at several Mumbai hospitals: Saifee Hospital, S L Raheja (Fortis) Hospital, Cumballa Hill Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital, Dr. Paleps Nursing Home (Prabhadevi) and Nova Speciality Hospital.

Dr. Rekha G Daver is Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
She topped M.B.B.S. exams with Gold Medal in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. After pursuing M.D. (OBGY, 1978), she trained in LASER & Micro-surgery at Baylor College of Medicine & Reproductive Research Training in University of Texas, Houston, USA. She underwent further training in HIV/AIDS at University of South Florida, Tampa, USA.
Despite receiving Green Card for permanent residency in USA, she returned to India to serve underprivileged patients and train students. She retired as Dean, G.M.C., Akola. Earlier, she was Professor & Head at Grant Medical College & Sir JJ group of Hospitals, Mumbai for 20 years.
She has been a full-time teacher for 45 years and an examiner for M.B.B.S., M.D./M.S., D.N.B. (OBGY), C.P.S. (DGO, DFP & FCPS).
Dr. Daver was Principal Investigator for several research studies conducted by ICMR, NACO & WHO. Notable amongst them is the ‘Prevention of Mother To Child transmission of HIV (PMTCT)’ and UNAIDS has appreciated her work on their website (Tireless Indian Doctor Dedicated to Women’s Health). She has contributed to research in newer methods in family planning such as female condoms, injectable contraceptives and contraceptive implants, and medical abortion with misoprostol.
Dr. Daver has been nominated by Government of India and Government of Maharashtra for various Task Forces and Research groups. She has been the Gynaecologist to Governor of Maharashtra.
She has published several papers and has been invited as faculty in National and International conferences. Her passion is Women’s Health promotion and Health education. She has been invited to several TV and Radio health programs and published articles in magazines and newspapers.

Dr. Ramadwar graduated with an MS in General Surgery and a DNB in General Surgery. He later obtained his MCh in Paediatric Surgery, a DNB in Paediatric Surgery, and an FRCS in Paediatric Surgery.
Dr. Ramadwar is a pioneer of various paediatric surgical procedures in India, including retroperitoneoscopic pyeloplasty in infants, total laparoscopic management of choledochal cysts, laparoscopic cortical-sparing adrenalectomy, thoracoscopic lobectomy in newborns, laparoscopic esophageal replacement, SILS laparoscopic fundoplication, and SILS liver cyst excision.
He has held leadership positions in several professional associations: Chairman of the Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India, Secretary of the Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India, Executive Member of the Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons (IAPS) and the Paediatric Urology Chapter of the IAPS, and Committee Member of the IPEG membership committee. He is passionate about increasing organ donation awareness in India and actively assists governmental organizations such as R.O.T.T.O. / S.O.T.T.O. and N.G.O.s such as Z.T.C.C., Mohan Foundation, Organ India and others to establish robust organ allocation systems. He has helped many government and trust hospitals in metros, tier 2 and 3 cities to establish liver transplant programs. He has been instrumental in making transplants more affordable with these initiatives. He has a keen interest in using technology to ease medical and surgical problems and has patented two devices for the same.

Dr. Ranjeet Bajpai is a Consultant at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. Previously, he has worked in PD Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai as a Consultant (2009). He has completed his MD from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, in 2006.
He is associated with various national and international academic journals as a reviewer. He has particular interest in academic research and has extensive experience in teaching and guiding DNB and MD students with research projects over the years. He is an active member of the Indian, European & American Association of Radiation Oncology.

Dr. Raman Deshpande is a Consultant in the Department of Surgical Oncology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing his MBBS from Karnataka Medical College, Dr. Raman Deshpande completed his MS from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He went on to gain more qualifications, such as FICS, DHA, and FAIS.
Dr. Deshpande has over 30 years of experience in the field of Surgical Oncology. Prior to his association with Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Dr. Deshpande worked at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai as the Chief of Thoracic and Paediatric Surgical Service and was the pioneer of thoracoscopic surgery. He has also worked at Kidwai Institute of Oncology, Bangalore as an Assistant Professor in Surgical Oncology and established their Department of Thoracic Oncology.
Dr. Deshpande has received many awards and recognitions for his contributions. In 2014, he was honoured with Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award given by the Government of India. Dr. Deshpande also has several publications in various national and international journals.

Dr. Rajiv Joshi completed his M.B.B.S. in 2000 from the University of Bombay, followed by a Diploma in Venereology and Dermatology (D.V.D) in 1984 and a Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology (D.D.V) from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bombay in 1986. He then completed his M.D. (Skin Diseases) in 1986 and D.N.B. in 1987.
