Dr. Pramanick completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and Master’s in Clinical and Sports Biomechanics at Manipal College of Allied Health Sciences, Manipal University. Owing to her keen interest in 3D analyses of human movement, Dr. Pramanick pursued further specialisation in Clinical Biomechanics at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen UK. After completing his B.D.S., Dr. Mashru cleared the National Board Dental Examination (N.B.D.E.) of the US in 2006. Dr. Mashru obtained Fellowship and Diplomate certifications from the International Congress of Oral Implantology, USA (2011) after completing his M.D.S.

Dr. Darshana D. Rathod is the Additional Director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine, bringing 24 years of invaluable experience in ICU settings. She holds an MD in Internal Medicine and an MBBS, providing her with a strong academic foundation to excel in clinical, academic, and research roles. Dr. Rathod plays a pivotal role in the department, overseeing daily ICU rounds, assessing patient conditions, formulating care plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams and families. She also ensures the development and implementation of ICU policies, compliance with standards, and staff training on critical care, infection control, and patient safety.
A dedicated researcher, Dr. Rathod is leading two important prospective interventional studies: one focusing on neuro-injury markers post-cardiac arrest and another investigating Adrenomedullin as a marker for organ failure and mortality in sepsis. In addition to her clinical and research expertise, Dr. Rathod is an active faculty member for various Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses, workshops, and medical training programs. She has also been instrumental in the hospital’s quality and accreditation efforts, including the successful reaccreditation by NABH and JCI in October 2023.

He has won awards and accolades for his meritorious performance. He was awarded the A.K. Talwalkar Prize for standing first in M.S. Orthopaedics. He was also awarded the K.T. Dholakia Award on Minimally Invasive Cemented Total Hip Replacement by Ranawat Orthopaedic Foundation, New Delhi in Feb 2008.

Dr. Jokhi has worked at several renowned hospitals in Mumbai and has varied experience spanning more than three decades. She is a member of Maharashtra Medical Council (since 1982) and Indian Society of Anaesthesia (since 1987).

With his vast teaching experience, Dr. Bhatt has developed innovative methods for teaching under- and post-graduate medical students over three decades. He is also highly skilled in performing various diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

Dr. Bhatt is the Chairperson of IBS Task Force of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology. Dr. Chandan Poddar is a Consultant Physiotherapist in the Department of Sports Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Seth G. S. Medical College and K. E. M. Hospital (Distinction and JRD Tata Scholarship holder for all years), she pursued her Master in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from University of South Australia (Australia) under the mentorship of world-famous physiotherapists Mark Jones and David Butler.
Subsequently, she returned to India and joined the Sports Medicine Centre of a suburban hospital (under the guidance of Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala and Heath Matthews). At Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Department of Sports Medicine as a part of founding Sports Rehabilitation team and has been an integral member of the team, since the inception of the hospital.
She specialises in clinical rehabilitation of orthopaedic injuries and sports/fitness-related injuries. Her expertise includes manual therapy, post-surgical rehab of sports injuries, fitness advice/athletic performance enhancement, marathon training guidance, ergonomic evaluation/occupational-related injury management and foot assessment with orthotic prescription.
She has significant experience in managing dance-related injuries, working extensively with professional dancers over the past 5 years. She is also closely associated with World Rugby and is one among the only two World Rugby Medical Educators and L3 Medics for Rugby India. She teaches the L1 and L2 First-aid Rugby courses on behalf of World Rugby and Rugby India.
