Dr. Rahul Verma is the Director of the Department of General Paediatrics at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He graduated from the University of Mumbai and later completed his D.C.H. at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Mumbai, followed by his M.D. in Paediatrics at Mumbai University. Dr. Verma also earned his MRCP in Paediatrics from the Royal College of Physicians in the UK after working at prestigious institutions such as the Neonatal Unit of Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital and the Host Defence unit of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. He has served as the Head of Neonatology at Wockhardt Hospital and Seven Hills Hospital and as Consultant and Head of the Department of Neonatology and Paediatric Intensive Care at Bombay Hospital. He also worked as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Neonatology at Lokmanya Tilak General Hospital, Sion. As one of Mumbai’s leading paediatricians and neonatologists, he serves as a teacher and mentor for the D.N.B. program at our hospital. Dr. Verma has authored several publications in both national and international journals.
