Bio:

Dr. Tushar Parmar is the Head of Emergency Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, where he also serves as Chief Intensivist of Critical Care and Coordinator Critical Care New Projects. Dr. Parmar is an accomplished medical professional who specialises in Critical Care & Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Parmar leads and mentors a high-performing emergency care team to ensure the provision of timely care to emergency patients. He proficiently manages complex cases in Emergency and Critical Care and has vast experience in using modlities like extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and advanced hemofiltration in Liver Transplant Critical Care, Neuro-Critical Care, and Acute Cardiac Critical Care. His work in the Emergency Department also expands to Event Medicine, Acute Care Medicine, and Emergency Intensive Care. Dr. Parmar's utilises his skillset to enhance the care provided in high-pressure emergency and critical-care environments.

Dr. Paramar also oversees patient care, treatment, and recovery (both for local and overseas patients), ensuring timely assessment and initial management. He focuses on clinical workflows and patient satisfaction, as well as developing and executing comprehensive care pathways to ensure the accuracy and consistency of clinical care.

Dr. Parmar is actively involved in teaching and academic work. He has contributed to training and mentoring through institutions, such as National Board of examinations (NBE), Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), and Indian College of Critical Care Medicine (ICCCM).
