Bio:

Dr. Taral Nagda is a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Department of Orthopaedics, Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. He is one of India’s topmost Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeons. He had an exemplary academic career, as evidenced by various awards during his academics.

 Dr. Nagda specialises in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, deformities, and hip disorders, including developmental dysplasia of the hip and slipped capital femoral epiphysis. Dr. Nagda has a special interest in deformity correction using 3D technology and hip preservation in children. He has developed innovative techniques such as minimally invasive deformity correction and Percutaneous Myofascial Release (PMFR) for muscle lengthening in cerebral palsy.

Dr. Nagda serves as the Director of the Jupiter Gait Analysis Lab and is an active researcher with numerous national and international publications. He has a strong interest in technology, and organises an annual computer skills course for orthopaedic surgeons and manages the website of the Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India (POSI). Committed to social outreach, Dr. Nagda provides care through free medical camps in India and abroad, including on the Lifeline Express. He also serves on the medical advisory boards of Impact India Foundation and ADAPT.
