Dr. Paras Jain is the Additional Director Critical Care at the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He earned his M.D. in Chest Diseases from Mumbai University before dedicating five years to critical care in India. Seeking to expand his expertise, he moved to Australia, where he attained Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine. He then served as an ICU Specialist in leading tertiary government and private hospitals across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. With 14 years of experience as an Intensive Care Specialist in Australia, Dr. Jain played a pivotal role in departmental quality assurance and the training of ICU trainees. His commitment to excellence extends beyond clinical practice. He has actively contributed to several hospital and ICU multidisciplinary committees and spearheaded numerous quality improvement initiatives. Now a key member of the Intensive Care team at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Dr. Jain continues to maintain a visiting specialist position in Australia.
