Bio:

Dr. Kamlesh Jain is a Consultant at the Department of Cardiac Surgery, Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He graduated from J.M. Trust Pravara Medical College, Pune. Thereafter, he received his M.S. (General Surgery) from the University of Pune and M.Ch. (Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery) from the University of Mumbai. He also holds an Observership in Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery and TAVR from the Leipzig Heart Institute, Germany. 

Dr. Jain is a university-approved Teacher in Cardiac Surgery and has trained multiple students. He has been a Professor of Cardiac Surgery at BMC Hospital, B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, and KEM Hospital (14 years, until 2020). 

Dr. Jain pioneered the establishment of the Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery and TEVAR Programmes at KEM Hospital. He performed Maharashtra’s first successful TAVR. Dr. Jain has had a meritorious academic career and has authored several journal publications and presented papers articles at various conferences.
